Hey Mrs. G,

Happy new year and congrats on your new blog! I just wanted to drop you a line and see if you are reader of The Picnic Basket (www.thepicnic-basket.com).

It is a blog that provides a limited number of free books to people who are willing to write a review on their blog as well as on their own blog if they have one. Books range from picture books to YA titles. I have reviewed 2 books so far (a picture book and a YA book) and I've got two more on the way.

It is a good way for my students to see me actively reviewing books and selecting new styles and genres. Plus - who doesn't love free books to add to your class library?

If you don't already frequent this site - check it out!

Cheers,
Head Monkey
